Terms & Conditions

1. Event Registrations & Tickets

• All sales are final.  No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or credits 
• Seating is first-come, first-served.
• Your name will be on the check-in list at events.
• Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins. 
• Event design selections are final once submitted. 
• Certain events may have additional policies listed on their registration page. When an event-specific policy differs from these general terms, the policy shown on that event’s registration page will apply.
   

2. Paint Kits & Shipping

• Kits are made to order. Please allow  5 to 7 business days for processing and shipping. 
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• All Paint Kit sales are final.

3. Private Parties

• A non-refundable deposit, as stated in your invoice or agreement, is required to reserve your date.  
• The final headcount is due 7 days before the event. The remaining balance is due according to your invoice or agreement and before painting begins.
• Addresses are required when booking to confirm party location and calculate travel fees.
• Clients must provide accurate details to ensure proper setup and service.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and instructional materials are the property of Paint Parties by Julie. They may not be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Liability

By participating in any Paint Parties by Julie event or using a Paint Parties by Julie DIY Paint Kit , you agree to assume all responsibility for your personal property and release Paint Parties by Julie from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

6.  Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be captured during both public events and private parties for use on Paint Parties by Julie’s social media, website, and promotional materials.
• By attending or hosting, you grant permission for your image (and the images of your guests) to be used for these purposes. 
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please contact us before the event.

Paint Parties by Julie respects your privacy. When you register for events, purchase DIY Paint Kits, or book a private party, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and address (for in-person private parties and shipping purposes).
We use this information only to:

• Process event registrations and Paint Kit orders  
• Communicate event updates, order confirmations, or shipping details  
• Schedule and provide in-person private party services at your location  
• Improve our services and customer experience  

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary to process payments, deliver products, or comply with the law. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe, GoDaddy, PayPal, or Zelle). We do not store sensitive financial data.
